MICAH’s most important work is the development of community leaders. We believe that ordinary people are capable of doing extraordinary things in their congregations, organizations,  and communities.  Each of MICAH’s member congregations and organizations  is asked to form a “Justice Team” or “Core Team”. These teams are responsible for building the leadership skills of everyone in the congregation. Justice teams do this by identifying and acting on issues of justice within the community.

As MICAH, praying with our feet means building deep relationships, dismantling racist systems and putting people first. If you or your congregation is ready to pray with your feet, contact us at office@micahmke.org. Organizational and individual memberships are available.
